There are times when we know we need to commit to change but knowing what we should do and actually doing what we know we should do are often worlds apart — I know this through personal experience.

Staying motivated and consistent is key to achieving our goals but that's often easier said than done so what's the answer, how do some of the worlds top performers do it?

In this weeks podcast you're going to meet Renee Kiley who went from overweight smoker to professional triathlete in just 3 years.

Are you ready to see how she did it?

Let’s get going!

If you've ever felt:

  • Like you're very successful in some areas of you life but like you've completely lost your way in others
  • Like you know you need to do something about your health and wellbeing but don't have the motivation to get sarted
  •  Like you lack the self esteem and confidence to really go for your goals
  •  Annoyed with yourself that you can never seem to stay consistent enough to create long lasting  change...

Then I want you to know these two things — you're not alone and this podcast episode is definitely for you!

Through Renee's personal journey from overweight smoker to professional triathlete, you're going to learn:

  • Her top 3 tips on how to make your health and wellness goals a non-negotiable priority
  • The one thing you shouldn't be focusing on during your weight loss journey
  • How to stay motivated and consistent

And much more!

Renee's top 3 tips on how to make your health and wellness goals a non-negotiable priority:

  1. Be vocal. Share your goals so that you're accountable to somebody other than yourself.

  2. Surround yourself with positive people. Get rid of negative influences in your life, you need to be prepared to loose people from your life and be ok with it.

  3. Realise that change takes time. It's really hard for the first 3 months, be prepared for that and stick it out, after that everything becomes easier.
