There’s so much more to healthy living than green smoothies.

I love health and wellness but… what’s with all the photos of people hanging off the edge of cliff faces doing precarious-looking yoga poses whilst sipping on a green juice at sunset — really?

I’m more into sustainable, long-term change. No diets. No deprivation. No unrealistic yoga poses.

#2 TRAVEL & ADVENTURE

It’s believing in something you can't see.

There’s so much pressure to have adrenaline-filled, top-of-Everest, sailing-around-the-world, Go-Pro experiences. Maybe that’s not your thing.

Maybe adventure for you is trying a new coffee shop. Maybe travel is that road trip you always wanted to take. However you define it, adventure is individual — and there’s no other activity or action that has the unique potential to inspire you, to educate you and to make you realise you’re capable of far more than you ever imagined.

You are not alone.  

If you want to get motivated and inspired to action, nothing beats connection and community. I love passing on wisdom I’ve picked up, but even more, I want to give you a window into different groups, collectives, and tribes (I mean that literally) who are lifting each other up and helping each other grow.

Working toward reaching your health, wellness, and lifestyle goals is a team sport, and it’s never too late to re-shape your life.

When was the last time you felt truly inspired?

You’re holding you’re breath, senses engaged, there’s an intense feeling of curiosity. You’ve transcended the practical ends of daily life — or you’re more than the sum of your daily obligations — just for a moment.

There’s a reason the word “wonderful” means what it does. Because that’s how it feels.
